- Convert fonts to outlines when possible
- Embed linked images and use suitable resolution

Do you provide free artwork design?
Yes. We provide complimentary cup artwork layout and production-file preparation based on the logo, text, colors and references you provide.
Can I submit my own cup design?
Yes. Send your existing artwork and we will review it against the selected cup format and dieline.
What artwork formats do you accept?
We review AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, CDR, PSD, TIFF, JPG and PNG files. Vector files are preferred.
How quickly can I receive the first proof?
The initial artwork or proof is prepared within 24 hours after complete design and product information is received.
Do you support Pantone color matching?
Printing follows approved Pantone references. Normal production tolerances may result from paper, coating and process conditions.
Do you use flexographic or offset printing?
We support both. The method is confirmed according to the cup, material, artwork and order quantity.
Are samples free?
Existing samples are free of charge. The buyer pays the international courier cost. Custom printed sample costs are confirmed separately.
How is bulk order lead time confirmed?
Production time depends on artwork approval, product specifications, quantity and scheduling. Shipping time depends on destination, port, route and transport method.
