Cup-range planning

Paper Cups for Coffee Shops and Café Chains

Create a coherent cup family by deciding size roles, wall construction, shared artwork, lid diameters and repeat-order controls before production.

Choose the wall

Compare single, double and ripple wall structures according to handling experience, sleeve plans, branding and budget priorities.

Coordinate lids

8oz uses an 80mm lid; 12oz and 16oz use 90mm lids. PP and PS lids can be supplied through the partner supply system.

One brand system across sizes

Flexographic and offset printing support full-area or partial designs with up to 8 colors. Kraft can form part of the range. Artwork is reviewed before sample preparation, which takes approximately one week.

Mixed-size ordering and repeat control

Mixed sizes and SKUs can be combined. Repeat orders begin with the approved specification and artwork reference, followed by printing and packing inspection to support consistency.
